• Job Details:Cap Sustainable Solutions (www.capsustainablesolutions.com) QHSE & Sustainability Director – Group CSS 2022 – Present QHSE Manager – EMEA (www.csiclosures.com) 2014 – 2022 Regional QHSE Manager – MEIA 2010 – 2014 QHSE Manager – CSI Egypt (MEIA) 2008 – 2010 EHS Specialist – CSI Egypt (MEIA) 2006 – 2008 Process Engineer – CSI Egypt (MEIA) 2004 – 2006 Key Responsibilities • Lead the 5-year strategic level HSE Management Systems deployment plan to deliver planned business KPIs YoY across the regional locations • Lead all organization’ strategic Sustainability Improvement Projects across the organization’s multi-sites operations in different countries & responsible for compliance with CDP, ECOVADIS, SBTi’s Sustainability Platforms’ requirements • Lead deployment of the standardized GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 & ISO 14067 Reporting requirements across organization’s manufacturing sites as part of Sustainability Improvement Plans • Establish QHSE organization, work processes, and procedures including staff recruitment and training • Design, lead, and implement QHSE training/audit plans in consistent with business objectives and all applicable requirements in each the locations across the region • Allocate departmental budget, manpower and resources for all the sites, enhance productivity and ensure optimum utilization of budget and resources to reduce cost to QHSE vertical • Lead onsite corporate HSE audits on CSI locations across the region • Develop & lead cost-effective HSE programs in alignment with business goals and implement sustainable changes • Established QHSE objectives and metrics in line with site business plan and implement QHSE strategies • Conduct Risk Assessment for each site, and provide risk mitigation plan for sites • Discuss & review the incidents investigation reports, capture lessons learnt and shared with all work sites • Compile & present HSE Statistics to Senior Managers, in terms of KPIs, LTIs, MTIs, etc. • Set up site QHSE Teams and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing performance and standards • Ensure timely closure of all accidents & NCRs with detailed analysis report (RCA) shared to all concerned • Ensure that the Emergency Response, Fire Safety & Business Continuity Plans are adequate and to meet contingency • Perform worksite and incident trend analysis to sustain a comprehensive system for hazard prevention and control • Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations, and track changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization
