• Job Details:* Control Continuous production process and production facilities of SLES and LABSA. * Monitoring DCS and field parameters. * Supervision on my teammates and giving instruction to achieve high quality parameters according to certain process parameters and outstand handling it. * Develop process technician and new chemist to skill advanced level. * Supervision on SLES packing lots and reduce time loss of batch packing plan * Achieving and handling LABSA packing target and Iso tanker loading in time. * Reduce slow moving stock and its generation. * problem solving and troubling shooting skills. * Follow Process PM schedule and Prepare and supervise on daily shift reports and Daily consumption and stocks report. * RTFT commissioning of new projects like furnace commissioning and heating system units * Ensure achieving the production target per month. * Ensure applying ISO 9001/2008 for our documents. * Co-ordinate with quality department to ensure zero quality defects. * Utilize of modern techniques in process as TPM, Lean six sigma, quality tools ,5s. * Ensure 100% availability of all equipment and informing maintenance team about any malfunction. * Tracing the daily EHC (equipment health checklist) for equipment. * Committed towards safety / environmental policies of the company.

Shift Leader Operation Control ChemistFull Time

• Job Details:* Monitoring SCADA and filed parameters raw material inspector for recycling of paper, sorting to enter in paper industry with paper virgin pulp and achieve the economic profit, environmental advantage and sustainability * Quality control inspector, make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the purchasing documentation. All production processes, inspection and testing is carried out to specified requirements (Sizing, Glossary, humidity, print ability, Strength, Smoothness ,..etc.)
