• Job Details:As a Part of Telco over Cloud & NFV Infrastructure Planning team : • Build Telco over Cloud Infrastructure datacenter hosting NFV applications (vEPC,vSGSN,vIMS,…) according to NFV ETSI model • Technically assess needed Compute, Networking and Storage requirement for Teleco Over Cloud Infrastructure • Implementation and Configuration of HP/Cisco Switches. • Installation and Configuration for all ToC Hardware and Software Components. • Creating Low level Design and High level Design Documentation for new and existing projects. • Installing and Managing Dell Servers and storage • Building VMware vSphere environments, upgrading and migrating VMware vSphere ESXi environments. • Configuration of VMware components (ESXI, vCenter, vCloud Director). • Troubleshooting System issue and VMs performance with troubleshooting tools • Diagnosing and resolving vSphere performance and utilization issues. • Implementation and Configuration of HP/Dell Servers both Rack Mounted and Blade Systems. • Implementation and Configuration of HP/Dell SAN/NAS Storage and SAN Switches. • Upgrading servers firmware according to vendor recommendations or optimization.

Data Center SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Storage Area  Managing and maintaining Storage systems (HP 3PAR 8400&7400, EMC Data Domain DD4200&DD640, EMC ISILON X200&NL410).  Monitoring physical components (physical Disks, Controllers Nodes).  Troubleshooting Storage -SAN&NAS- issues (connectivity with hosts, hardware failures).  Make the replacement process to failed hardware (as vendor’s recommendations and steps). Backup and Recovery Area:  Managing EMC Networker & Data Domain Solution.  Add New Storage Node, Client, Groups and Schedule new backup.  Managing and Troubleshooting HP Tap Library Drives. VMWare Area  Installing, configuring and managing VMware vSphere Components Versions 5, 5.5 and 6, 6.5 (vCenter, ESXI, vNetwork, Data-stores, ...etc.).  Troubleshooting System issue and VMs admins complain about troubleshooting tools (vSphere Clients and web client, power CLI and vSphere Management Assistant).  working with vendors support to resolve issues within support contract (hardware or software).  Build, configure and deploy VMs and templates, Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V), Virtual-to-Physical (V2P), and Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) migration. Data Center Facility and other systems Area  HP site Scope.  HP One View system.  Live Optics.  Dahua Monitor System for Data Center.

IT Technical SupportFull Time

• Job Details: Troubleshooting technical issues (high tear), and daily hardware and software maintenance.  Resolving network issues and sharing devices like printers, medical devices.  Diagnosing and repairing faults, managing multiple cases at one time.
