Senior Proposal EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparing the techno-commercial bids in line with the bid documentation, taking into consideration market price and experience of specifications/drawings. - Study and analyze the bid documents/specifications and preparing the required BOQ in which RFQs to be sent for suppliers/subcontractors to get required proposals. - Attending site visits and collecting required information/data. - Discrepancies / open items to be clarified with the client to achieve the visibility of the project scope of work. - Review & analyze received offers received technically and commercially to stand on the appropriate ones (in line with the specifications along with it is competitiveness). - Preparation of pricing attachments through bid documents based on price analysis sheet and most competitive offers, prior to submission for end client. - Respond the Post-bid clarifications, attend clarifications meetings to close. - Act negotiations with suppliers for target prices, focusing on reducing the costs and increasing Profitability. - Follow up the contract until handed over with all documentation to the project manager.
