• Job Details:MOI- Southern Borders Housing Project / Gizan (ACC JV ESEC ) Project includes six family housing cities for Ministry of Interior in Jazan area. The capacity of these cities varies from 200 to 1700 unit; total construction value about 8 Billion Saudi Riyals. All cities have complete services including schools, shopping malls and recreation facilities. Responsibilities and duties. 1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. 2) Determine labor requirements. 3) Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. 4) Direct and supervise workers. 5) Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects. 6) Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. 7) Develop and implement quality control programs. 8) Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans. 9) Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
