• Job Details:Responsible For 3 Projects (2 Police Station + Civil Defence ) With MOI • •Responsible for 4 buildings ( Research and development buildings ) all of them are 6 floors ( isolated footing + Flat slab + Finishing ( Block + Plaster + Ceilings + Walls Cladding + Marble + Granite + Epoxy + MEB Work ) Implementing varies concrete works such as combined footings, rafts, and pile caps, solid slabs, and flat slabs, short and long columns. •Implementing varies fine finishing works such as interior and exterior plastering, painting, GRC, gypsum boards, MEP works, futec, tiling ceramic and porcelain and aluminium windows and doors. • Working On Dewatering Systems For Power Planet Project And Stone Columns Construction Under Sea For Carrying Pipes Diameter 4m ( 5000 Piles Over The Area ) • Working on time schedules and find solutions to achieve the targets. • Making daily, weekly and monthly reports for the progress at site. • Following up the inspections with the consultants and coordinate with various sections of the project. • Capturing all snag list comments and handing over procedures of the Units to the clients. - Working as a COST CONTROL ENGINEER responsible for quantity survey of concrete, building materials and other items. Responsible for aspects of price negotiations, variation orders, invoices (financial clearance documents) and final financial clearance documents for all Subcontractors in all of the above projects. *Good experience in design with SAP Participated in the engineering design of Theba residence (via SAP and Auto CAD).
