• Job Details:- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. - Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. - Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks. - Resolving technical issues windows server 2012 with DHCP and DNS services. - Support and Maintain VPN -MPLS network connection between branches. - Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. - Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLAN's, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, AD. - Responsible for security software as MDM & Kaspersky
