• Job Details:I currently hold the position of Operations Manager for one of the e-commerce companies in Egypt. I started working at this company when it was just a start up business because I liked the idea. I was the first one to work in this department; the company started to grow and was responsible to put together a team that was responsible to facilitate purchasing and the related coordination between the suppliers and the courier companies to deliver the merchandise to our customers. I was also one of the main pillars in establishing the logistics department, which was responsible for item receiving, matching and packing customers' orders to facilitate the safe delivery of shipments to our customers. The logistics department was also responsible of maintaining stock level of certain products. I became responsible for one of the biggest teams in our company, which contributed to the success of our company being one of the main players in the Egyptian market.
