• Job Details:Planned and coordinated materials, equipment and labor for more than ten projects. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules that meet them. Ensuring plans meet client's specifications. Prepare tender schedule and detailed baseline schedule based on signed contract, drawings, and BOQ. Supervising project at all stages by making site visits and providing solutions to problems. Assign resources (manpower and man-hours) for all activities and draw histograms and S-Curve. Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly program and reports to clients and top management. Monitor progress of project at different stages of its development (engineering, procurement, fabrication, and erection). Prepare daily and weekly look-ahead plans for execution team. • Job Details:Participating in regular meetings with architects, or subcontractors to discuss project's progress. Supervising project at all stages by making site visits and providing solutions to problems. Gathering data on land usage by collecting aerial photographs or using satellite imagery. Attending and scheduling meetings as required. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports. Generate executive reports for management. Maintain event records, which shall be helpful in claims.
