• Job Details:• Development and design of equipment and machine that serve food industry field. • Reverse engineering of new products and machines. • Create initial drawings and concept CAD design for discussion and approval. • Capability of modifying or developing to meet machine capability. • Produce jigs and fixture to facilitate the production processes. • Generates Bill of Materials (BOMs), and supports all design related Engineering documentation. • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs • Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible. • Work with project team to execute projects on time and on budget.

Sheet metal Die designerFull Time

• Job Details:• Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings for new or improved sheet metal product. • Produce simple and progressive sheet metal dies. • Produce jigs and fixture to facilitate the production processes. • Produce mold for aluminum casting. • Generates Bill of Materials (BOMs), and supports all design related Engineering documentation. • Use Solidworks PDM to mange all project documentations and set a specific permission for every member • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve problems with existing designs • Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible. • Implement plans and actions to achieve quality targets.
