• Job Details:I am responsible for overseeing and optimizing the various processes involved in the production of steel. This role is crucial in ensuring that steel is manufactured efficiently, safely, and with high quality. Here's a brief description of the responsibilities and duties typically associated with a steelmaking process engineer: 1- Process Optimization: The engineer works to improve and optimize the steelmaking processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the overall quality of the steel products. This involves evaluating current procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed. 2- Production Planning: Collaborating with production teams to plan and schedule steelmaking operations. This involves determining production volumes, selecting appropriate production methods, and ensuring that production targets are met. 3- Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to steel production processes, performance metrics, and quality control measures. This data is used to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Product Development EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Quality Improvement - Working on developing coating quality in both galvanized and prepainted steel coils by working on the most common defects. - Development of new prepainted products by working with paint vendors. - Developing new suppliers for paint and consumables with maintained quality. Customer complaints - performing customer visits and claim investigation - carrying out deep analysis on the possible and root causes of customer claim defects. - Stating the claim responsibility, containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive actions with the responsible department. - following up on the actions taken to ensure their effectiveness Project Management - Preparing and launching a business case for a strategic project of development. - Holding a kick-off meeting with all the departments included in the project after the agreement from the top management. - Scheduling a working plan for achieving the project, which shall be based on main 4 phases: 1- Trial phase (More than one trial) 2- Testing phase (inside our facility and at definite customer side) 3- Launching Phase (stating the successfulness of the project) 4- Marketing Phase
