• Job Details:-Evaluating and calculate all machines kpi and calculate overall equipment efficiency (OEE) - Managing team of Engineers and Technicians. - Managing spare parts consumption to reduce costs. - Follow up energy consumption with electric engineers and production engineers to minimize energy lost. - Using SAP program for maintenance work. - Using new approaches of Maintenance (RCM, TPM) - Maximizing efficiencies across all areas - Setting goals and objectives for junior staff - Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation

• Job Details:- Installing new machines like, (superba, verdol and swisstex) yarn machines. - Following the maintenance work (proactive maintenance, reactive maintenance). - Following the spare part consumption and making plan for the spare to reduce the costs. - Using SAP program for maintenance work. - Responsible for maintenance work on air compressor station, Ingersoll rand Screw compressor, Ingersoll rand dryers, filters. - Responsible for water chiller units (RTAD Trane chillers). - Responsible for maintenance work on BCF machines (Swisstex machines).
