• Job Details:Design, develop, and optimize processes, including upstream and downstream operations and new lines layout Collaborate with other teams, such as Production, Maintenance (Machines & Molds), and Quality control, to ensure seamless process integration Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance yield, productivity, and product quality Identify process bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve process performance Perform field activities such as observation (Audits) of Production activities Generate and maintain detailed process documentation, including batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process descriptions Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and relevant quality management systems Collaborate with the production team to conduct risk assessments, support investigations, and implement corrective actions Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality Initiate and lead process optimization projects to drive operational excellence and ensure competitiveness in the market

Production Part LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Leading 6 production lines simultaneously managing 18 operators and 181 workers over two shifts and 5 days a week & Responsible of set-up and follow operation of OLED Line (First automated OLED line in Egypt) Succeeded to increase the least shift performance by working on the skill matrix of operators and workers and LOB analysis Part of the quality defects reduction team & Responsible of the analysis team for top three quality defect and Leading the team for the market defect reduction Responsible of the model line OEE & UPH improvement :- • Tracking of the major losses • Updating the line loss map • Assigning the root causes for the major losses and create project to eliminate it FTE time studies and developed a new sheet to calculate required FTE automatically Part of team applied SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) technique The Responsible of 5S system implementation across whole plant Work closely with other shift team leaders and shift team members to ensure consistent performance and standardization in practices across the shifts Responsible of Annual business plan and annual targets of all assembly lines and set a plan for achieving it & Weekly and monthly KPIS reports ERP System End User Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instruction (WI) design.

Process and Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Area owner of all 5 lines, 3 workshops in the factory Responsible of continuously improving the process by reducing the nonvalue adding activities, production waste and implementing cost saving projects Manpower & materials handling according to the production plan Following up on the daily production performance Responsible of Apply 5S Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes Responsible of quality control and apply ISO 9001/2015
