• Job Details:• Revision and authorizing technical drawing and engineering plans. • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improving the projects. • Check plans, drawings,s, and quantities for accuracy. • Drawing up shop drawing and work schedule and communicating any adjustment to crew or client. • Monitoring cost and ensuring appropriate material and tools are available. • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

• Job Details:Researched, designed, fabricated, and installed MEP mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects Communicated directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new MEP equipment. Used auto cad, revit and management soft wares to prepared plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, and general Piping system. Saved and insured the project’s cost by prepared project’s BOQ. Reduced projects cost by identify problems in design, plans, manage and delivers. Consulted on MEP systems and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters. Insured the delivery successful by witnessing mechanical system final testing and commission. Served as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases. Performed all required (HVAC, Architectural, Sprinkler/Standpipe, Generator) and (HVAC/Electrical/Lighting) field Inspections.
