• Job Details:o Create the company documentary and Accounting cycle. o Create Chart of Accounts for company on ASCON ERP system. o Create Codes for warehouse items and transactions and linked them data associated with accounts and posting to general accounts on ASCON ERP system. o Create Codes for sales Transactions and linked them data associated with accounts and posting to general accounts on ASCON ERP system. o Create a structure for Cost centres for the company's expenses. o Create a general ledger accounts and financial reports for company on system. o Providing management with the financial reports it needs. o Examination and Valuation of financial applications the correctness of guidance and internal Audit and to ensure the validity of internal transactions and account balances. o Control the balances of Customers and suppliers, credit and follow up of customers and suppliers and provide management with apposition. o Establish appropriate procedures for inventory of company branches and Assets and supervise the inventory. o Collecting and displaying financial reports of current account and balances as well as the company's financial statements.

• Job Details:o Follow-up on cash and credit and cash branch funds and ensure that cash bills have been collected or that there is approval from the administration to delay the collection of this bill. o Review the documentary cycle of cash and credit sales and ensure that they matching with the company policy. o Follow-up on receivables and collections bonds that are delivered to sales representatives review the serial numbers and ensure that the amounts in the collection bonds are all recorded on system. o Preparing items sales report for more than a period to know the effect of price changes. o Preparing reports showing the expected sales during a specific time period and comparing them with sales goal. o Follow-up on debt reports and send them to collections department and prepare the weekly and monthly collections plan. o Review the balance of customer trial balance and review the collections and make sure it is correct. o Verify that there are periodic certifications of customer accounts. o Follow-up on the commitment to implement the procedures and models contained in quality manual of the sales department.
