Making alternative planes with reference to different probability of Loading. Optimizing Shipping Plan linking different divisions to achieve the best production while meeting the shipping dates. Daily Meeting with Production Heads to review the Plan step by step while reviewing the Problems ahead of them. Following up & analysis of Daily Productivity to make sure it meets the plan targets. Reporting Monthly & Yearly Productivity analysis to High Management. Consumables Cost analysis.
