• Job Details:i have been working for Majoral Outsourcing company from 6 years ago started as a csr , then got promoted as an SME  i’ve been acting as a team leader for voice LOB & IAS LOB for 6 months SME Moreover I was Responsible for 1. Attending weekly Knowledge Meeting with the manager 2. Keep myself updated on all policy and knowledge updates and clarifications 3. Shareing all updates with all agents and Clarify questions from the Team Leaders that related to Knowledge and Policy Team leader 1- I think My skills and experience meet the vacancy requirements 2- and from my experience, I already worked as a team leader I was responsible for the voice queue  and one of my achievements, is improving the quality by making an action plan for each agent, and we all applied it together the result are good Team leader responsibilities 1. Coach team members 2. Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses 3. Identify team goals and evaluate team progress 4. Resolve conflict 5. Organize team initiatives  And i am responsible for • Manager : Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team. • Strategist: Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them. • Communicator: Responsible for distributing information to team members. • Organizer: Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents. • Goal setter: Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward
