• Job Details:Provide technical support for database-related issues across Head Office and over 1,100 retail stores. • Optimize SQL queries to enhance performance and reliability of system operations. • Manage promotional campaigns by adding and distributing promos and vouchers across store databases. • Handle database-related tasks for iVend Retail Management System and Point of Sale (POS) operations. • Ensure smooth synchronization and data consistency between central systems and store locations.

Application Support EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for support and problem analysis on different platforms (web application, admins page, Android application and IOS application) for customers (more than 25000 in Egypt, more than 1000 in Tanzania), and employees (more than 500 employees) in different departments of the company. - Monitoring application performance and Databases on Azure (Application Insights, App Services, Azure Cosmos DB, SQL databases) and download logs from App Services to investigate errors and failures, also track queues errors and server metrics on RabbitMQ. - Track messages and analyze costs on SMS providers like Cequens and Beem. - Help in testing new features in the application on different platforms and devices, and reporting issues on Jira.
