• Job Details:As International Company works in technology distributing with the world leading vendors in each segment, I work as internal IT system administration, you just imagine the tools and equipment’s they offered us & that was one of my work advantage, we are as Aptec company connected to the mother company Ingram Micro, so I work in huge IT infrastructure connected to more than hundreds of countries and thousands of employees, our company are consists of two major Sectors, the Aptec internally and the SSC (shared service centre) that works for Dubai, Morocco, KSA & Turkey Aptec branch, they got top priority dedicated standards. Duties:  Updating and monitoring IT user accounts (Windows, Outlook, Lync & databases users)  Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.  Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.  Working on Active Directory accounts.  Monitoring & maintain Surveillance cameras system (AXIS).  Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.  Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures.  Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.  Producing reports for managers.  Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.  Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.  Monitoring different systems & solutions (Scala, Eshop, Citrix, Avaya & VMware)  Monitoring UPS operation.  Working on Avaya IP Office, VoIP business solution.  Contacting CSD (client Service Delivery) to fix most of the user’s problems related to IM.  Monitoring our Leased lines, ADSL & Microwave lines.
