• Job Details:Project: King Marriott Lake Dredging & Reclamation Project Offshore Achievements and Responsibilities: • Achieving the Dredging and Maintenance for one of the biggest lakes in Egypt to the depth of (-4.00) meters, 25 million cubic meters of total dredged materials. • Provide input to the Works Manager for the development of the detailed project plan. • Translating contract requirements into detailed planning and working methods, so that the project can be realized efficiently and effectively in accordance with the agreements (safety, quality, planning and budget). • Ensuring that dredging activities are executed as per project plan. Develop Project specific documentation and updates as required. Collecting accurate data of the Dredgers Production performance and Pipeline connecting steps. • Follow up the works at the sand fill and sedimentation basins, optimize the performance of all machines, working with the captains to ensure the operational logistics support for the vessels and Reporting to the project manager on a daily base. • Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions. Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed. Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts. • Operating and Liaising with all departments. Coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling and environmental health conservation.

• Job Details:1st Project: Recompletion of firefighting system development for Sedr seaport inside General Petroleum Co. 2nd Project: Turning a villa to a school belonging to the British consulate 3rd Project: Repairing and Maintaining 26th July Hotel for Armed Forces • Achieving Excavation, dewatering, backfilling, Plain Concrete, Raft slab foundation, Isolated Foundations, Ring Beam and Columns. • Achieving a Building of a Steel Structure Stairs using Steel Columns with Steel plates, anchor bolts and I-Beams • Checking Plans, Drawings, Quantities, Making Cost Estimation and Preparing Civil Work Procedure. • Supervises the site works in accordance with project specifications, method statements, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions given. • Organize the manpower with the supervisors and foremen, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress within quality requirements • Working on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in Preparing Site Reports such as Daily Report, Confirmation verbal report, Request for inspection, Request for Approval, Pouring Request and Material Submittal. • Making AutoCAD shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedule and As-Built Drawings • Repairing and Maintaining Reinforced Concrete Slabs, Cantilevers & Beams. • Supervising all finishing works including marble, Primer, Putty, Paints, Gypsum board ceiling, Ceramics, masonry work, isolation work & HPL partition. • Proved successful working within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
