• Job Details:Analyze project specifications, proposals, and addendums to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, medical gas, pipe networks, etc.). Lead coordination between departments to ensure all aspects of direct and indirect costs are accurately integrated into estimates. Prepare detailed packages for cost analysis including RFQs, supplier quotations, and comparison sheets for material pricing. Oversee quantity surveying of mechanical systems and provide cost control reports for budget management during project execution. Coordinate change orders, invoicing, and manpower allocation to ensure projects stay within budget. Support field operations by providing technical expertise on cost estimation and mechanical designs.

Project Mechanical Engineer

• Job Details:Led mechanical systems installation (HVAC units, firefighting systems, plumbing, and compressed air systems) for high-specification buildings in the Sadara 738 project. Managed procurement and technical submittals for all mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Coordinated with cross-functional teams for timely execution of mechanical activities in line with construction schedules. Prepared shop drawings and oversaw installation of chilled water pumps, HVAC devices, firefighting sprinklers, and drainage systems.

Mechanical Engineer
