(Mountain View 1.1 project) ______________________________________ Key duties and responsibilities: 1.Direct supervision over daily work providing technical advice on site. 2.Preparing and arranging work plan, ensuring the quality, inspection and testing of various items according to the required specifications 3.Follow up on the completion of work according to the schedule and coordination between the project sections and the priorities of the items, checking plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. 4.Coordinating the work with the consultant and the quality control department to ensure the quality of work delivery and testing, Ensure Safety and health practices on site. 5.Monitor project progress and daily action on site. 6.Take immediate corrective actions to avoid any cumulative effects of deviation and recover the delay. 7.Carry out day to day management over site labor and subcontractors. 8.Apply safety and health procedures on site.

Preparing and arranging work plan, ensuring the quality, inspection and testing of various items according to the required specifications. 2. Direct supervision on architectural items and finishing works (plaster works - insulation works - ceramic, porcelain and marble works - gypsum board works - painting works - facade cladding works) for 2 buildings. 3. Follow up on the completion of work according to the schedule and coordination between the project sections and the priorities of the items, Checking plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. 4. Coordinating the work with the consultant and the quality control department to ensure the quality of work delivery and testing, Ensure Safety and health practices on site. 5. • Job Details:-Site Engineer at Sinoma International company. -Ahalina residential GOV project in Kafr AL sheikh. -mega residential project consists of 109 building (ground+11 floors) + Service area (2 mosque+2 market +health unit+ recreational area) over (453600) square meters. Key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Supervising various structure and architectural items, from the stage of digging piles to the stage of completing the finishing works and the initial handover of the building for 2 buildings and Supervision and coordination of Foreman of responsibilities and allocation of work areas. 2. Coordinating work between subcontractors and arranging the beginning and end of each item according to the scheduled plans. 3. Follow up on the progress of work, the beginning, end, and period of each item, and submit reports on the number of workers and the status of the work carried out. 4. Reviewing item quantities and completion rates to arrange subcontractors’ invoices.
