ESTIMATION ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details: Preparation of Preliminary estimation, detailed estimation With Rate Analysis.  Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.  Preparing Project Risk Analysis report.  Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and bid price.  Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.  Preparation of List of Technical Queries for clarification.  Quantity take-off.  Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.  Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs.  Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO).  Invite and award/recommend supplier / sub-contractor tenders, quotations and proposals.  Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier / sub-contractor relationships.  Prepare and maintain Supplier / sub-contractor quote records, reports and price lists.  Assist in the technical specifications for equipment, materials and services to be purchased.  Co-ordinate estimation, tendering & prepare draft contracts for manager approval.  Negotiate rates, terms and conditions of the contracts / materials.  Cost control in the division & workshop by negotiating with suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors & controlling wastage of material / spares & follow-up on running jobs.  Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships, co-ordination with colleagues and management in estimation, procurement & other FM dept.  Detailing and representation of HVAC shop drawings as per standards and specifications.
