• Job Details:Senior production Engineer at International oil Multiseeds Extraction Co. April 2019 – Until now * Attending and supervising a ( Desmet Ballestra ) refinery plant installation. *Attending and supervising the tank farm installation . * prepare commissioning documents for tank farm and refinery start up. * Studying the layouts, Equipment instruction manual, Piping and instrumentation diagram and the manual instructions for the plant and for the tank farm & refinery plant for any modifications needed to take place after start up, Review piping execution against P&I Diagrams of the Process. * Give recommendations for modification required. * Review and feedback for the interlocks between equipment, valves, pumps. * prepare a check list for equipment, valves, pumps for the refinery and tank farm. * prepare documentation of plant process and control. • Check and follow up the daily process conditions of equipment , Give recommendations for modification required. • Investigate problems, perform root cause analysis of any unfamiliar status and derive resolutions. • Ensure the implementation of the company HSE health, safety, and environment system and policies at the area in charge through regular patrolling to the workplaces. • Use key performance indicators KPIs to monitor and optimize the control system. • Ensure that the process is executed through GMP good manufacturing practices and SOP standard operating procedures to achieve the best of targets. • During my working period I became familiar with steam jet vacuum systems, pumps, tanks, stills, valves, centrifuges, heat exchangers, pneumatic systems, level indicators, flow meters, cooling towers, deodorizer column ( distillation column), filtration systems ,SCADA control system. apply lean manufacturing to identify and eliminate Waste As waste is eliminated quality improves while production time and cost are reduced. using lean tools like (5S) to Organize the work area , (JIT) Just-In-Time , (Kaizen) Continuous Improvement ,(OEE) Overall Equipment Effectiveness , (PDCA) Plan, Do, Check, Act , (SMED) Single-Minute Exchange of Dies To Reduce setup (changeover) time , (TPM) Total Productive Maintenance to focus on proactive and preventative maintenance to maximize the operational time of equipment , (AM) Autonomous Maintenance to perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance by operators

• Job Details:• Complete supervision of the production process flow across the plant (Neutralizing, deguming , Bleaching, winterizing, deodorizing and Fractionation units).
