• Job Details:• Translate all legal documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English, (contracts, Emails, PA, Certifications). • Interpreting conversations between our office and foreign clients in job meetings. • I hold the hotline of the office, (mobile number) for 24/7. • Answering to every Clients calls, if they are first time to call, I guid them the legal consultant and make appointment for a meeting in our office, otherwise, if they are current customers I find the answers for their inquiries by getting back to the right lawyer for their case or get them in touch with the accountant or the head lawyers. • Answer and write emails back to clients, and send emails to targeted companies. • Type all kind of documents, emails, cases, PA forms, and employee applications in Arabic and English. • Make presentations using MS Office Programs (Word, Power Point, and Excel), send them by post, emails, or in person (English, Arabic). Languages • English - writing, listening, speaking – (Holding IELTS), • Italian – average, (in progress of improving and studying). • Russian – average, (in progress of improving and studying).
