• Job Details:- Liaising with client to update on progress - Review shop drawing and identify the required works. - Coordinate and follow-up consultant's requirements. - Assign required workers and subcontractors. - Daily site inspection to follow-up work progress and quality. - Assign daily activities for the supervisors. - Material receiving, inspection and required tests. - Review sub-contractors measurement sheet and invoices. - Review workers time sheet and approval. - Ensure quality control of the works - Prepare work statements according to activities schedule. - Inspection of plain and reinforced concrete forms according to approved drawings. - Prepare samples for soil and concrete tests and review results with the consultants. - Review and confirm all surveying works. - Review and identify levelling of excavation works according to approved drawing. - Arranging with concrete batching plant and material suppliers. - Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections. - Control site work shop. - Problem solving. - Sourcing materials and equipment. - Checking and preparing reports for client. - Monitoring progress of the project. - Review monthly invoices and variation orders. - Quantity surveying review.
