• Job Details:by using SAP : • Review and post receivables transactions into general ledger. • Reconcil all the received payments ( cash,checks,and transfer). • ensure that all sales transactions are complying and completed. • keep in touch by phone&E-mails with banks to solve any problems related collection overdue and bimonthly statement. • prepare monthly closing reports. • incase of issues ; review customers contracts and legal documents with direct align with the legal department . • prepare( P&L , Budget )and cash inflow forcast and justify the variance with actuals. • prepare P&L and budget • Review & monitor Accured and record it into the ERP system. • Reconcile receivables submodule with the GL module on a daily and monthly basis. • Review the clients invoices related to utilities and due amount from different in maintenance deposit. • Review all customer invoices of utilities and    rent. • prepare monthly report for VAT tax and withholding tax. • protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. • prepare revenue recognition report on all handover units and recording it's journal entries.

• Job Details:Working on Oracle system. Job description • Make reports for initial public offering (IPO). • daily transaction , journal entries , posting to GL accounts • Reconcile bank statement with bank account. • Prepare monthly A/R Aging Report. • Reconcile all revenue and deferred revenue accounts and maintain detailed support for reconciliation. • coordinated with auditors for finalization of financial statements. • review vendor payment terms regularly and make analysis of AP payment terms . verifying vendor accounts by reconciling our statement with vendor statement • responsible for reviewing the purchase order to match the invoices . • preparation of monthly / quarterly management reports including ( AP and AR ). • responsible for supplier invoice review .

• Job Details:Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Internal Audit. Apply Auditing Techniques. follow up balances of the AR and AP to prove all their transactions from invoices and payments records. Auditing Companies Accounting`s process. Analysis of Revenues and Expenses Report. Make financial statement ( income statement – balance sheet ). Have background about cash flow. Have background about Budgeting.
