• Job Details:• Supporting the development team in understanding the customer requirements which reflects on the project design • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance • Maintaining team building & acting as member guidance. • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices • Executing assigned tasks regarding the project implementation plan • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries • Assisting in Organizing the project location with the assist of the IT department • Assisting in deploying and installing the applications according to the plan • Performing the project testing to ensure that the system is working according to the standard • Monitoring any problems related to the implementation with project team • Occasionally support Presales in proposals • Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase • Supporting the customer during the implementation Phase • Make a training session for key Users and end User. • Designs and implements business cycles and workflows • Supporting Client while Pro to Type Cycle and Go live (Production) cycle • Participates in presales activities as presenting demos • Helping Responsible users to prepare chart of accounts and business units and to be compatible to the System requirements

Senior Business ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:• Monitoring any problems related to the implementation with project team • Occasionally support Presales in proposals • Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase • Supporting the customer during the implementation Phase • Make a training session for key Users and end User. • Designs and implements business cycles and workflows • Supporting Client while Pro to Type Cycle and Go live (Production) cycle • Participates in presales activities as presenting demos • Setup Application requirements according to client's requests. • Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer satisfaction • Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.
