• Job Details:Supporting: 5 (Five) Regional Ops Managers 120 Stores +/- 3000 Staff Members Collaboratively work with the regional/departmental teams to fully understand key business performance issues, objectives and drivers and associated people requirements for both current and future business challenges. ● Collaboratively work with specialist functions (Shared Services and Centres of Excellence) to develop best practice HR solutions to be implemented in the region/department Work with the regional/departmental team to develop trust, respect and credibility, through the competent development of Human Resources plans that form an integral part of the business planning process. ● Empower line and employees to utilize Human Resources systems thereby leveraging technology to improve efficiencies and add value to the business. ● Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders so that internal problem areas are clearly understood and appropriate measures are applied to remedy out-of-line situations. ● Ensure compliance (contracts of employment, Labour law etc) ● IR advice and assistance. ● Providing info and reports pertaining to: Labour Turnover, Vacancies, IR and CCMA cases, Induction and training, Talent and succession, performance management, store visits. ● To facilitate and co-ordinate training and development for managers and staff. ● Identify training needs. ● Induction coordination.
