-Preparation and revision of contracts that involve the sale of services.
-Preparing and keeping under review standard contracts drafts and briefs.
-Negotiating, drafting and recommending terms and conditions for agreements with external customers.
-Keep abreast of new legislation, government policy, best practice and relevant external factors relevant to the contracts activity.
-Ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
-Prepare contract change notices; monitor the performance, including the reporting and status of contract.
-Maintain detailed and organized files.
-Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
-Provide reports for all activities related to contracts department.
-Establish and develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure that the quality of service provision is consistently managed and challenged to meet agreed service level agreements.
-Perform closing activities as needed.
-Actively contributes to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and contract processes ensuring compliance with internal and governmental controls and regulations.
-Supervising the tenders’ process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
-Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
-Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
-Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tenders, contracts.
-Maintaining awareness of relevant governmental legislation related to company industry.
-Performs other related duties as required.
