• follow up with bank till Release the docs “shipment docs + form 4 & 5 …etc. “,
• follow up with custom broker and Support Him for any need info or docs till apply the trade agreement and release the shipment
• prepare and Review Freight Forwarder invoices
• prepare monthly report for imported shipment and materials
For Export Tasks,
• coordinate with sales and warehouse department to achieve the contracts target With our customer and arrive to new market on time
• receive and study the client inquiry from sales Team
• negotiate all details in the PO with the client and sales team In order to reach a suitable Payment & Delivery terms” Ex-Work, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP “to ensure successfully close the deal Then issue the Proforma invoice and sent it to sales and Export manger,

• Receive Shipping schedule and Determine shipping dates and S/L
• Send Primary SD to book Containers
• Follow up loading and Solve all Problems that may occur during Loading process
• Prepare and Handle with logistics team all needed docs for export “BL, CI, PL, CO” To meet each country regulations and in accordance With LC conditions if exists then send it to client Through Bank or directly after vessel departure to avoid any demurrage or storage fees for the Customer at final destination
