• Job Details:- Prepare Bills of Quantities for each and every equipment such as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Transformers, Medium voltage Switchgears, Cables, Joints and Terminations etc. - Prepare Pre bid clarifications for unclear and/or contradiction items in tender package. - Evaluate suppliers offers and selection of offer which is almost complying with the tender requirements. - Study tender package thoroughly. - Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner. - Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other). - Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. - Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. - Handle over the resulting structures and services for use. - Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials. - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. - Follow up with Quantity Survey Engineers, and provide them with the necessary guidance- whenever needed- on the tools to be used. - Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the team leader. - Make sure that final direct cost is complying with project documents or list deviations if any. - Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.

Senior Sales & Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Engaged in all stages of tender process with government (NUCA, EETC, EEHC, DISCOs…etc.) and how it done preparing prequalification documents (Organization chart, employees CVs, commercial registration, Tax Card, VAT Registration, Industrial Registration, Power of Attorney, integrity letter, Construction and Building Certification, import license, Chamber of commerce registration, Investment Paper Financial statement or financial capability, Audit Reports, issuing Bid Bond, Quality certificates, operation certificates of our clients, TOACs or PACs, FACs, reference list, consortium agreement & NDA & DOR if needed, Test Reports for the equipment like routine & Type & FAT, Catalogues) & technical proposal and financial proposal. - Leading in the clarifications stage (after and before the contracting) whether between our side and suppliers/subcontractors or our side and the owner. and also studying the tender and issuing any needed clarifications to be sent to the owner. - Reviewing NOA, PO, Contract Agreement before signature. - Attending negotiation meetings with clients such as NUCA or EEHC or DISCOs. - Making site visits with our technical engineer which provide us a lot of information in costing and preparing technical proposals. - Following the preliminary financial procedures such as issuing Bid Bond/Security, Waiving Bid Security, issuing performance LG, issuing Advanced payment request…. etc. - Sending RFQs to our suppliers or subcontractors recommended from the owner. - Participated in tenders inside and outside Egypt.
