• Job Details:I am responsible for : -spreading information about drugs among the healthcare team through being part of the clinical meetings representing the member of pharmacological background - holding seminars and printed instructions for nurses about the preparation for administration, administration, storage and stability of the medications . - another project of increasing the patients' awareness of epilepsy and its drugs through preparing brochures and direct talk with the patients or their care givers. - adding and removing drugs from the formulary of the hospital with other members of P&T committee . - as a member of the antimicrobial team I am responsible for: . provision of expert advice on the antimicrobial use to promote the safe, effective and cost efficient use of Antimicrobials. . surveillance of antimicrobial use. . policy development/ review , and establishing clinical practice guidelines , in conjunction with the other members of the antimicrobial team. . audit and feedback. . education of clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and patient about the proper use of antimicrobial.

Hospital pharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for stock management , monitoring and ensuring proper and safe storage of the drugs . -dispensing drugs for both inpatients and outpatients -reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and safety for individual patient -compliance with the legislation and hospital's drug policy by monitoring nursing unit inspections -maintaining records for controlled substances -studying existing and new legislation and advising the management on needed action
