Monitoring mechanical machine conditions to ensure keeping it work effectively and efficiently. Supervise the periodic and preventive maintenance activities for all plant machinery and ensure that the maintenance work is carried out on time, on budget, and safely. Supervise \ participate in repairing breakdowns. Analyze SAP ERP system for spare parts stock management movement & purchase requisitions/orders. Work with OEM expert in case of critical technical trouble and planed service intervention. Worked in Installation and commissioning of new corrugation Line of BHS Company. Worked in Installation and commissioning of new printing machines KL & Automatic stretch wrapper machine OCTOPUS. Worked in Installation and commissioning of new Plastic conveyor belt system of WSA Company.

• Job Details:Responsible for maintenance of wet flux type Continuous Galvanize line (C.G.L) of Makes CMI. Responsible for maintain of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment’s. Responsible for maintenance of Utility department (Boiler, Compressor, E.T.P Plant). Worked in Installation and commissioning of single layer profiling machine, double Layer Profile machine and Ridge machine. Supplied by CHIRANGI, TAIWAN. Worked in Installation and Commissioning of H.R/C.R Slitting line of Makes MAS Equipment’s private Ltd. Worked in Installation and Commissioning of 2 Tube Mill Line ϕ 12 mm to ϕ 50 mm. and ϕ24 mm to ϕ 127 mm. Makes of Gallium industrial ltd.
