Supply Chain Senior Associate – Egypt/Iran/SudanFull Time

• Job Details:o Responsible for the To Market shipments from manufacturing sites (Netherlands & Puerto Rico) to the distributors WH. o Running S&OP with Commercial team & Demand planners. o Manage Cold Chain shipments. o Ensure products are released at timely manner at the distributor (with MOH inspectors & NORCB) o Generate Forecast based on In Market sales forecast and agreed distributor stock levels. o Work closely with finance for validating and amending Letter of Credits (Egypt Market). o Attend Business review, communicate past & planned Stock Coverage per SKU, challenge BU Heads on sales forecast. o Manage Purchase Orders on SAP. o Close follow up with Customer Service team to ensure delivery dates meeting customer needs. o Manage distributor inventory levels. o Manage Launches of new SKUs from supply chain prospective (New demand, shipping lanes, SAP setup). o Work Closely with related functions (KAM, Finance, Legal) in launching new distributor. o Maintain Strong relation with external stakeholders (Distributors, Brokers, NORCB, Inspectors) as well as internal stakeholders (BUs, KAM, S&ME, Finance, Regulatory & Quality). o Have a very close follow up on Iran shipments pre-requisites (MOH Quota, Pre-payments, release permissions) and proper documentation.

Material Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:o Responsible for all materials availability cycle starting from running MRP and BOM explosions on system up till material receiving & releasing (PO issuing, communicating suppliers, arranging shipping, avail MOH and custom clearance documents and arranging receiving with warehouse). o Responsible for GSK Trading Service handled Materials (through interface between BPCS & SNP - APO). o Acting as SPOC for materials with Procurement, Quality, Regulatory and Suppliers for all materials related issues. o Perform Inventory analysis and trending to determine our landing figure and check any opportunities to decrease our inventory. o Maintain the Health of the ERP system through keeping the planning parameters of all materials updated.

Production Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:o Responsible for the production schedule (0 – 13 Weeks Horizon) for syrup, drops and soft gel areas. o Run all planning KPIs (SOs, SRFT, CTP, ATP). o Responsible for all HUB / Site alignment meetings (OFM, PCV and partially in SRM). o Maintain an accurate updated Order Book on ERP system to reflect order shipping dates. o Respond to various changes in production schedule by creating different scenarios, selecting the best fitting scenario after getting the needed approvals through scheduler break process. o Maintain the Health of the ERP system through keeping the BOMs and routings of all manufactured materials updated.
