• Job Details:✓ Ensure process and machine safety for production lines and utility assets with all requirement and measurements according to standards. ✓ Manage the factory utility assets in a safe, environmentally sound, and efficient operation, (Boilers, Generator, Compressors, Water Treatment, Refrigerators, AHUs, and Chillers). ✓ Managing PM, PdM. plans for all Utility Assets and their Spare Parts management. ✓ Responsible for mechanical maintenance management across factory which consist of mixing making process lines and 4 Production lines Hall (Powders, Wet Savory, Hard Cube and Paste) ✓ lead of mechanical maintenance team, troubleshooting Problems and provide quick reliable solutions. ✓ Manage and implement of preventive maintenance plan, checklists, and action plans in daily basis. ✓ Improve machines availability by reducing breakdowns which contribute to OPE and Master Plan. ✓ Root Cause analysis for all breakdowns and faults to implement permanent corrective actions. ✓ Improve machine conditions to develop products with highest quality and hygienic standard ✓ Spare Parts management and warehouse inventory to reduce maintenance cost and thus CPT. ✓ Improve weakness points by permanent solution within restoring machine basic condition and machine Kaizen with all MOC procedures. ✓ Develop programs to improve the technical skills, efficiency, and effectiveness in the Maintenance.

Mechanical Maintenance & Reliability EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible of mechanical maintenance management at Semi-Finishing department consist of 5 extruder lines ,3 calendar lines, rubber mills and 10 wire bead M/Cs. High skills and dealing with Heavy Equipments, Gearboxes, Mills, Hydraulics ,Pneumatics, oil and greasing units ,Thermoregulation units, Screws and many variable mechanisms. Mange and lead of mechanical maintenance team consist of 17 technicians and 2 Forman. Daily Monitoring and Improvement for KPIs (lowest Energy consumption, minimum BDs) Working with Total productive maintenance strategy (Time based & Condition based). Manage and implement of preventive maintenance activites , and checklists everyday . Manage of Corrective Maintenance and Breakdowns ,root cause analyses, taking preventive actions . Manage Predictive Maintenance according to (PM,CM,oil analysis, thermography , vibration analysis and Durability of components ) Using CMMS to enhance the maintenance process and make the Break down analysis Spare parts management, PR and PO following up and technical studies of tender using SAP Apply the modifications needed to make the machines working under the HSE standards. Responsible of the projects that aim to rise the capability and productivity of the machine. Improving our team skill matrix by using on job trainings and exchanging knowledge and monthly evaluation .

Static Maintenance Mechanical EngineerPart Time

• Job Details:Knowledge with ASME Codes and Standards. Monitoring and Carrying out Corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Monitoring Heat exchangers dismantling for leak prevent and hydrostatic tests Stages. Ordering required spare parts and other needs for performing maintenance works in the required time. Following up Materials Requests and Studying the Suppliers Technical Offers until the end of Technical Study of Tenders Following Up steps for Welding of Pipes and Fittings Following up the maintenance activities applied on the different Equipements such Furnaces, Distillation Towers, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and Pipelines making sure that they are carried out correctly according to the inspection reports.
