• Job Details:- Oversee the day to day recruitment activities. - Responsible for the delivery of a high quality end to end recruitment service. - Manages, supervise all the recruitment staff. - Support the team in handling requisitions for high volume recruitment. - Maintain recruitment data and statistics; provide regular updates to management on progress of recruitment. - Deliver an exceptional recruitment service in reduced costs, better hiring decisions and an enhanced applicant experience. - Ensure strict compliance with recruitment standards, and strategic recruiting process in place. - Coordinates with recruitment officers, the profiled candidates in terms of interview scheduling, job offer negotiation, and reference checking of candidates. - Prepares offer letters, extend offers and discuss pre-employment requirements to identified candidates. - Proactively source candidate resume through advertising, company database, internet database searching and candidates networking. - Asses recruitment officers work on finding qualified candidates. -Resolve successfully issues relating to contracts.
