• Managed relations between the vendor and the in-house development team for securing necessary integrations between the ERP and the third party application (Web site & e-commerce).
• Coordinate roles & scenarios between the company management and users & vendor Consultants.

• Responsible for monitoring the project’s performance: plans, progress against milestones, quality of work, and resolve any problem with work or relationships between consultant and business staff.
• Participate with vendor in AS - IS Business Process Workshops
• Participate with vendor in conducting Gap analysis
• Review & approve the content of the analysis documentation for different project phases, to make sure it accurately describes the business and requirements.
• Performs intermediate and phase-end acceptance.
• Supervise data collection and preparation
• Responsible for preparing & conducting End Users Application Training sessions targeting successful implementation.
• Coordinate with vendor all required technical activities of: interface, migration, conversion...etc.
• Hire and manage the ERP Section staff.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of the staff in department

 Act As ERP Administrator:
Responsible for IT & Data Administration which are:
*Performing regular system backups and system clean-up that optimizes use of the system resources.
*Maintains the system’s security & access rights.
*Investigate system errors and fix them
*Enhance the system functionality either through tuning the functions implementation or writing code.
*Develop new reports and link them to the ERP


Projects:
The implemented systems are:
- Odoo ERP (Supply chain {Sales, Purchasing & Inventory anagement}, Finance)

Key achievement:

Joined KnockMart just before launching its opening with an uncompleted ERP implementation with no support from its vendor.

I undertook completing the implementation and training the users. Enhance the business logic and assure that it fulfills the company launching needs.

The ERP business layer is implemented in the DB, which make it available to fix bugs and start enhancing the system functions according to the business growing up. Then build the required reports to monitor the business.

In parallel with enhancing the current ERP, I starting the new ERP (Odoo) implementation project.
