• Professionally Implementing a Monthly HR Report about the Subsidiaries to be submitted to the CEO on monthly basis to help evaluating the overall department’s performance and to resolve the labour cost.
• Review the salary packages in coordination with the HR director and propose a new packages which reflects the Market rates.
• Creating a recruitment flowchart which demonstrates the recruitment process starting from the manpower requisition and ending by the induction for the new hired using the Microsoft Office Visio 2013.
• Conducting interviews and screening.
• Implementing the Organization charts for the holding company and its subsidiaries using the Microsoft office Visio 2013.
• Coordinate with the office manager while arranging the functions and events.

• Assigning action plan for the PRO with follow up to ensure finalizing the necessary transactions all on given time.
• Reporting to the General Manager, Preparing reports and recommendations regarding the staff complains and difficulties to achieve the satisfaction to the employees which in turn will reflect the stability to the Whole Company.
• Create a Staff Requisition form to control and process the manpower request received from the sites to ensure the adherence to the predefined Manpower plan.
• Manage and handle the recruitment using developed employment forms and templates through which we gather information about the applicants and select the fit ones which match our demands.
• Conducting local/overseas interviews using a well-developed assessment form to obtain a fair comparison and achieve a fine selection to the desired personnel.
• Preparing the documents needed for attestation from different embassies (ex: Nepal, India, Sri lanka, Philippine) in regards to the overseas recruitment process.
Perform the induction and briefing to the new hired staff using a well-developed presentation to reflect the seriousness and good image of the Company.
• Mobilization of the new arrival staff whether locally or overseas.
• Implement an Employee handbook to be dispatched to the new employees.
• Using my academic background to create a database to include all employees’ records in a soft copy to produce and issue the required reports as needed and when necessary to maintain all legal documents (ex; passport, visa, labor cards) up to date.
• Create & update the Company organization chart using the Microsoft Visio to maintain the hierarchy and reporting method.
• Complete awareness about the U.A.E labour law and ability to perform methodologies and procedures to comply with the mentioned Law.
