• Job Details:•Make weekly plans for marketing team to let them know what I wanna reach on my sales for the next week by giving them details about how to make offers to attract new clients •Lead sales team of the company , make to them monthly plans to achieve the target •Lead graphic designers team and make to them plans about how to mange their designs weekly and follow up with them to know how they work and editing the designs before they show it for the client and follow up with their clients to tell them about the cost of the design and what time it will take to be ready •Lead the social media “ Facebook and Instagram ” and Monitor the reach of the posts and know what’s the time that have a high reach to post on it •Follow up with clients and know what’s the budget that they have and make offer suitable for them •Utilized problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations •Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills by quickly resolving customer complaints and inquiries •lead the Quality team to provide the best quality for the clients •Generated weekly and monthly reports for management •Coordinated office events and meetings, resulting in a successful team-building environment
