• Job Details:• Provide leadership direction to support the business unit supply engagement mission. • Plan and develop appropriate supplier management strategies with 100+ supply partner. • Perform procurement spend analysis for 50+ million EGP per year across all region. • Generate strategic sourcing policies and procedures to ensure the identification and competitive consideration of diverse suppliers. • Follow up with our local teams the activities of project creation, purchase orders, execution of production plans, inventory availability, and successful logistics and implementation. • Leads the investigation of component/material quality issues as they arise, identify the root cause problems using statistical quality methods/brain storming tools, and work with supply chain manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve issues and to disposition product. • Identify bottleneck/strategic elements, address import feasibility with global sourcing team. • discuss region supply operations with the global supplier team, and regional ops directors. • Assists vendor engineering teams in the development of new supply sources and to qualify component or process changes to specified parameters and within given timeframe. • Support the local teams in achieving procurement commercial targets by offering cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities. • Create process quality control programs to ensure adherence to strategic objectives. • Investigate and manage suppliers’ payments and ensure reconciliation on time. • Perform cost benefit analysis on blanket purchase orders and rate card initiatives. • Conduct on-site audit to evaluate manufacturing capabilities, help vendors in obtaining IOS 9001, ISO 14000, FCCS ISO 22000, SA 8000 and SEDEX responsible sourcing. • Support our clients include: P&G, Nestle, and GSK with quality, sustainability supply base.

Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop supply chain core capabilities such as: structure, processes, people, technology, and metrics. • Set robust strategies to achieve supply chain objectives for 3+ years, and own the change management process. • Re-adjust the business model(s) to reflect stakeholder’s vision resulting in increased inventory turns to 7.2 per year. • Manage the market demand in coordination with commercial team to identify customer segmentation, service levels, past trends, future projections, and generate 12 months rolling forecast. • Lead the supply chain team of 21 people in planning, production, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and inventory. • Plan long-term capital investment required, prepare feasibility study, and discuss with CEO the return on investment (ROI), demand fulfilment, payback periods, and net present value (NPV). • Wisely manage the inventory worth of 4.6 millions per year to increase cash flow and minimize total costs. • Guide the planning team to prepare valid production schedule (MPS) that satisfy customers with promised dates and make the best capacity utilization. • Generate the (MRP) materials required for production schedule and drive procurement team to the best buying practices worth of 9.6 millions per year according to bill of material (BOM) structure and lead times. • Create appropriate mix of supplier relations and contracts to secure future supply with 50+ supply partner. • Perform market research and strategic sourcing to identify the potential suppliers. • Develop warehouse procedures and guide our warehouse team to maintain and follow the process for all warehouse areas of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods warehouses. • Coordinate with written instructions logistics activities with the last-mile delivery team • Implementation of Odoo ERP software to automate and simplify business processes. • Identify quality issues in the manufacturing processes and implement preventive procedures with tools like lean manufacturing, six sigma, and total quality management (TQM). • Implement total productive maintenance (TPM) programs to prevent plant down time. • Follow up closely with plant manager on the execution of production plans, quality goals, workforce management, and available to promise (ATP) dates. • Review new products proposals and ensure the design meets requirements of customers as well as operations by value engineering plans and designs to reduce costs while meet the quality goal. • Coordinate with R&D team the destructive tests, design of experiment (DOE), and new products launch. • Examine the current process and run risk assessment to all the exposures of risks, probability of occurrence, magnitude of loss, and amend plans accordingly.

• Job Details:• Plan and develop the corporate strategy and strategic objectives. • Balance supply & demand levels thru demand management and capacity planning for 18 months. • Manage the working capital 10.3 millions, and financial decisions related to procure and deliver goods & services. • Set sufficient inventory levels worth of 8.3 millions, define inventory policy (EOQ, ROP), and assign safety stocks. • Lead (S&OP) sales and operations process and achieve a high-level of collaboration between operations, sales, marketing, and finance. • Manage the procurement and develop purchasing plans of yearly 10 millions spend, including vendors at a global level to ensure optimum benefit to the company. • Review contracts, assess and mitigate the risks and ensure conformance to terms and conditions. • Design the appropriate mix of supplier relationships to secure future supply. • Oversee air & ocean shipments from North America and Europe. • Manage inbound logistics including customs clearance, management of third-party logistics (3PL), and freight auditing. • Develop warehouse keeping procedures for inbound and outbound operations. • Design warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization and adjusting routing strategy, travel time, and rearrange inventory slotting. • Ensure supply and demand growth and reduce costs and expenses related to logistics. • Maintain appropriate customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and design related services. • Manage the internal cross-functional supply chain team. • Set yearly supply chain operations budget. • Identify current constraints and bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement. • Conducting risk assessments on things like product perishability, supply failure, demand fluctuations, and devise appropriate risk response plan. • Create and develop sustainability models.
