DCS Operator / Plant Operator

• Job Details:Performing all activities related to operation for (MME) multi-effect evaporator unit like start-up & shutdown & vacuum test & CIP. Maintaining safe operation with controlling unit parameters according to standard operating procedures (SOP) with dealing other units’ distillation and fermentation. Monitoring conditions of product by follow-up lab analysis for unit samples to ensure their compliance with the required standards. Identifying and reporting plant operating problems or defects with take appropriate steps to stabilize the problems as much as possible and follow maintenance for the unit under permit system PTW. Leading, organizing and reviewing the work of lower staff with cooperate them for safe operating. Supporting the shift supervisor in running the plant and cover the manpower shortage all the shift. Following and updating daily reports for the unit process activities.

Operation Engineer / Field Operator

• Job Details:Cooperated shift supervisor through SCADA system and field in cases start-up and shutdown. Monitored and followed the parameter of compression and purification stages such pressures, flow rates, temperature, TSA parameters. Operated and monitored the plant equipment and adjust valves based on instructions control room operator and recorded all the measures of the process equipment for daily report of its performance. Assisted in HSE procedures during normal operation, troubleshooting and emergency situations. Reported to shift supervisor in case of any parameters abnormalities and process deviations noticed. Took immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personal or equipment according to SOP.
