 Process the Advances settlement of partner, traveling & accommodation and organization assets maintenance.
 Perform the monthly aging report.
 Process petty cash of the program unite.
 Enter new POs to the accounting system.
 Prepare monthly Actual vs. Budget Report.
Bank Relationship:

 Issue and process all payments related to Program Unit in line with financial guidelines.
 Prepare Bank Reconciliation for program unit accounts.

Government Authority:

 Prepare all related documents that needed to be presented to the government authority related to program unit.
 Prepare taxes obligations’ payment and reporting.

Annual Budget and Planning

 Guides the annual budget preparation process and lead its consolidation including workbooks.
 Coordinate the Country Operating budget preparation and consolidation.
