- Job Details:Develops and expands a portfolio of telecommunications corporate clients in MENA region through continuous visits and calls. Sells SEGMATEK services including Telecomunication Managed Services projects, and outsourcing projects by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions. Reach potential customers through cold calling, face- to- face meetings and through web-mail applications. Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services and make sales pipeline on due date. Follow up with the collection team for illustrating the due date. Update all the active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management. Create new opportunities with customers and new forecasting with the new customers and existing customers. Open new deals and close old deals with new or existing customers. Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them with the customers. Follow up with the customers after the sales and service. Create a sales order to provide them to the customers. Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Develop good and strong sales market for Telecom Egypt TE, Huawei Egypt, Huawei KSA, Huawei Bahrain, Huawei Algeria, Etisalat Egypt, Giza Arabia. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Meet regular sales’ targets and coordinating sales projects. Prepare and negotiate financial offers; Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle.

- Job Details:- Key player in digital transformation strategy programs for vehicle inspection Products in: • Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) as part of Dubai Smart City Initiative. • Egypt Traffic Authority, Ministry of Interior as part of Egypt Vision 2030. • Takamol Holding, Salama Initiative as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision for 2030. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience to support massive operations across 3 different markets in the region. - Focus on improving the overall user experience, prioritizing feature enhancements to make our software faster and easier for customers to use. - Collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather business requirements. - Prioritize and oversee the design, implementation and delivery of new products and features, as well as deliver new functionality to existing features. - Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources. - Develop the business rules and inspection technical parameters for various vehicle types to insure vehicles roadworthy in Egypt, KSA and Dubai. - Managing operation process in more than 194 inspection centers then raise related reports with recommendations to support decision and new initiatives for vehicle technical inspection in Egypt. - Review internal programs and processes to identify gaps and risks. - Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by insuring all service levels meets quality standards, new services, easy customer experience, and smart channels. - Analysis and follow-up of the key performance indicators for the technical inspection processes that ensure the highest level of performance and achieve goals. - Qualify, accredit and train inspection staff with the latest information in the technical inspection up to date.
Sales SupervisorFull Time
- Job Details: Motivate, assist and supervise the sales team in execution of different activities, to ensure delivery of targets. Ensure company's sales objectives are successfully met. Conduct periodic visits to new and existing customers to explore business opportunities to sell vehicles/follow up and close on existing inquiries. Manage the sales process and activities as per the company's defined standards. Obtain new customer leads for the sales team and company to influence the expansion in fleet sales business Provide timely reports to the management on sales and order status in accordance with established procedures. Establish contact and maintain excellent relations with the appropriate people in the organizations (governmental, semi-governmental, private companies etc ) for understanding their requirements, specifications and achieve business. Achieve sales and profit objectives as defined by the Department. Liaison with the cross functional team which includes the Service & Finance Department to enhance customer support. Conduct market study of competitor’s business and new products for point of reference. Visit/Contact Fleet customers regularly to, retain & increase fleet customer for all brands. Organize events to enhance customer retention. Planning weekly/ monthly and yearly activities and monitoring its effectiveness. Gather and analyse competitor’s business activities and new products Maintaining sales records and preparing sales reports.
