• Job Details:• Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations. • Revise & coordinating the project objectives. • Making sure that all the project aims are met. • Coordination with various sub-contractors during the execution of work to comply with the project schedule. • Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. • Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met. • Monitoring of architect activities & ensured that work was done according to the approved drawings & project specifications. • Review projects daily to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget. • Recruiting qualified specialists and sub-contractors for the project activities. • Reviewing and approving contractors’ invoices.

Consulting project managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Studying and approving the shop drawings and bid documents submitted by the design engineer. • Reviewing and approving project quantities. • Reviewing and approving project specifications. • Reviewing and approving the materials supplied to the project according to the specifications. • Follow up on various laboratory tests and ensure that the minimum requirements of the project are passed. • Follow-up and supervision of the operational work on the site. • Receiving the completed works on the site and ensuring their compliance with the required specifications and quality. • Reviewing and approving the invoices of the main contractor. • Preparing periodic reports for the project owner to monitor the progress of the project.
