Tender Estimation Engineer

• Job Details:Analyze project requirements and identify key technical and commercial aspects. Prepare accurate cost estimates, timelines, and tender documents. Review contract terms and conditions and make recommendations. Prepare the RFQs packages to get subcontractors offers. Participate in tender evaluation meetings and negotiate with clients. Support the project management team in the handover of successful tender. Preparing BOQ and assist in new bids. Liaising between departments in order to prepare accurate estimates.

Tender & Q.S Engineer

• Job Details:Ensure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order. Review the tender documents to analyze the prequalification requirements, and assign relevant tasks to tender engineer. Advise the project team on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities. Liaise with site team and monitor, revise and follow up the subcontractor’s monthly payment applications and respective payment certificates. Evaluate the unit rates for work items. Establish the way of recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process. Lead in the preparation of variation orders. Assist in the monitoring of execution budget. Advise on contractual matters related to financial issues. Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements. Advise on resource allocation. Prepare financial statements for monthly report. Audit payments to subcontractors. In close relation with local/site team check and record measurements of completed work. Preparing BOQ and assist in new bids. Prepare final account with all supporting documentation.
