• Job Details:-Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information -Document financial transactions by entering account information -Summarize current financial status by collecting information; -preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports -Secure financial information by completing database backups -Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end accounting reports, adjusting entries, financial statements, and related reports. -Ensure that all reporting are complying with the firm's policies and procedures. -Maintain all payment filling and record management. -Cooperate with all colleagues and departments to fulfill the department’s goal Process invoices for payment by reviewing invoices for proper authorization, coding and inputting invoices into account payable system and printing expense checks for payment -Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner -Performs other duties as assigned

• Job Details:Creating Master data for (Vendor, Material –Accounting & Costing Views Invoices verification: assuring the accuracy of stock purchases’ receipts with the vendor’s invoices Responsible for the inventory transportation file in accordance to the following: 1. Reviewing the vendors’ contracts. 2. Monitoring inventory transfers between the warehouses. 3. Verifying vendors’ invoices and assuring its compliance with their contracts and the inventory transfers. 4. Monthly report of transportation cost of inventory.
