R&D Specialist and QC SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:- Supervise the field testing of new products and formulations. - Continuous involvement in formulating and developing new products with the co-operation of suppliers and as per management’s strategy. - Prepare industrial/commercial trials, conduct shelf life and stability study of the trial product. - Develop new formulations and modify recipes for existing products and formulations, at laboratory scale in response to customer inquiries, market intelligence and anticipated market trends. - Supervising departmental activities for maintaining excellent working environment. - Ensuring training programs i.e. induction, on the-job- training for R&D staff. - Developing, monitoring recipe formulation and new product development activities to support marketing trends and future brand strategies. - Experimenting on the bench with conventional, non-conventional and creative approaches to discover new technologies, new formula bases, raw ingredients and processing techniques that leads to unique product claims and benefits.

Senior Quality Control AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:- provide specifications for New income Raw & Packaging materials. Record most of factory products in SFDA. - Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with GMP's and good scientific principles. - Carry out QC Documentation, self-inspection, entire auditing and Calibrate most of devices in the lab. - Generate, review and maintain detailed Batch records/documents and assist with QC data management and control charting.
