Follow up with the renovation team of technician to ensure the working flow is going without problems. Prepare calculations sheets for the finished projects regarding the sub-contractors. Coordinate with the maintenance team to prepare the working plan in which will determine the works which will be done by the maintenance team and which will be handled for a sub-contractor.
