• Job Details:Participate in stock management and control. Assist shoppers locate the products and goods they desire. Answer queries from shoppers. Guide and give advice to customers on product selection. Deal with customer refunds. Work within established guidelines with brands. Attach price tags to merchandise. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Offer customers a service in line with the corporate image so that they visit the store again. Prepare the products arriving at the department ready for sale. Keep the sales area always ready for sale. Coordinate with the warehouse manager/warehouse personnel to prepare the shipments coming to the store for sale and take them to the sales area as soon as possible. Bring out the product deficiencies detected in the department in coordination with the department manager and warehouse employees. Place the products that need to be displayed on the department within the periods stipulated in the procedures.
